Rosy Shrestha

Rosy Shrestha is a licensed attorney with extensive experience advising clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, hydropower, aviation, telecommunications, information technology, and banking serves as Senior Associate at Sherpa Law Associates. Her legal practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, due diligence, foreign investment, and commercial litigation.

Rosy has provided legal counsel to both domestic and international companies on issues involving labor law, foreign investment regulations, contract law, e-commerce, and international trade. In addition to her legal practice, she serves as the Managing Director of the Centre for Business Law Academics, Counsel and Chambers (BLACC).

She holds a B.A. LL.B. from Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University in Chicago, United States.
