Advocate Suman Dhungana serves as the Managing Partner at Sherpa Law Associates, where he brings a robust portfolio of experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, tax advisory, and regulatory compliance. With a proven track record of representing clients before courts and regulatory authorities across Nepal, he is recognized for his strategic legal acumen, analytical rigor, and client-focused advocacy.
Mr. Dhungana holds a licensed advocate registered with the Nepal Bar Council. Before establishing Sherpa Law Associates, he held key legal positions at prominent firms. Throughout his practice, he has advised and represented clients on complex legal matters such as tax disputes, corporate governance, contractual negotiations, and statutory compliance.

Rosy Shrestha is a licensed attorney with extensive experience advising clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, hydropower, aviation, telecommunications, information technology, and banking serves as Senior Associate at Sherpa Law Associates. Rosy has provided legal counsel to both domestic and international companies on issues involving labor law, foreign investment regulations, contract law, e-commerce, and international trade. Nirab Gyawali is an experienced legal practitioner specializing in project finance, infrastructure development, and public-private partnerships (PPPs), with a focus on Nepal’s renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as a Legal and Institutional Expert at the Office of the Investment Board Nepal, where he advises on matters relating to foreign direct investment (FDI), public procurement, and cross-border transactional frameworks. His expertise includes the structuring and legal review of project financing arrangements and concession agreements, particularly for hydropower and solar energy initiatives, drawing on a solid foundation in both domestic and international legal standards.
Over the course of more than ten years in legal practice, Nirab has worked with leading law firms such as Pioneer Law Associates and Neupane Law Associates, where he counseled multinational corporations and state-owned entities on complex infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters. His notable contributions include drafting model PPP by-laws, supporting the development of Nepal’s model Bilateral Investment Treaty, and advising on anti-money laundering (AML), taxation, and compliance issues. His practice also spans litigation, employment law, and digital economy services, reflecting his versatility as a legal advisor.
Nirab earned his LL.B from Kathmandu School of Law and is currently pursuing an LL.M at Peking University’s School of Transnational Law, where he has maintained a distinguished academic record.
